Like Logan says it does say that...It also credits a picture of the panama city temple doors to him...I think it was the doors. I went to LDS.org. Under something like Family History/temples, you can look at all the temples. It looks like the panama city one.

the table of contents simply calls it "Photo illustration by Matthew
Reier." Perhaps it's not an existing temple if it is just an illustration...
