BMW...less service that way. Just kidding. Actually, Jordan and I were just talking yesterday about what kind of vehicle we would get if there were absolutely no stipulations or concerns. We both picked trucks.
No disrespect to J&A, but when I look back at the years at home when I first started paying attention to what vehicles you had at home, I always remember the CARS you drove or bought or talked about, and the trucks that you bought for taking care of things around the house or for the boys to run into the ground. The truck looks pretty cool, but you need a CAR.
Have you ever talked longingly about a truck that you want to buy? Do you have any plans in the few years of moving things around, buying a boat or installing a gun rack? I think of you talking about Mercedes Benz, about Maximas, about driving on the Autobahn on your mission. You need to focus on getting a CAR. If you are prepared for the cost of service to keep a BMW up (and I think you are), BMW all the way.
I agree with Ver and Traci. A truck would be sweet, but then you open the flood gates to moving boxes, yard waste, fridges, washers, driers, pianos, etc.
I think you know my answer, if not, check your email for a detailed and nearly impossible to resolve argument. From what I've seen in Texas, if you don't drive a truck, You drive a beamer. The toy WILL last longer, but the beamer is such a mechanical masterpiece "it belongs in a museum". What series of BMW? WHat badges are on the toy?

At your advanced age, Dad, I'd recommend the car. You don't want to be helping people move every weekend...
get the Beemer! you deserve it!
Dad loves all your comments! I think he deserves a beemer too! :) But, I'm not looking forward to the cost of repairs if he gets one!!!!!
